Drawing on backgrounds in business, real estate, and design, Cory and Paulo created House of CP Inc. to guide clients through a property's full lifecycle—from acquisition and renovation to furnishing, management, and long-term positioning. Originally from the East Coast and now based in California, Cory and Paulo have personally built, renovated, and managed multiple properties, giving them firsthand insight into the decisions clients face throughout a property’s lifecycle. Their combined expertise in strategy, operations, and creative vision allows House of CP Inc. to go beyond traditional brokerage services, helping clients not only acquire property but also unlock its full potential through renovation, furnishing, and long-term management.
